Mentoring of Students and Igniting Community, a group mentorship program for students and faculty in public health, was co-founded by Drs. Goleen Samari and Stephanie Grilo at the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health in 2019. Transforming Academia for Equity

Two articles on MOSAIC are featured in a special collection on Transforming Academia for Equity through the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. One details the implementation of MOSAIC at Columbia in 2019 and the other details the programmatic model of MOSAIC and the adaptation of MOSAIC for doctoral students at the University of Southern California.
